The Penn State Berks Freyberger Gallery will present “Bird Call: Studies and Actions Dedicated to Biodiversity,” an intermedia exhibition that blends 2D and 3D works by local artists and study participants alongside time-based works by contemporary new media artists. The exhibition runs May 2-14.
Penn State Berks graduating students will have an opportunity to walk across the stage during the college’s spring 2022 commencement, which will be held promptly at 10 a.m. on Saturday, May 7. Berks County Magisterial District Judge Tonya A. Butler will deliver the keynote address. The event will be held at Santander Arena, located at 700 Penn St. in downtown Reading, and there will be one ceremony for all graduates.

Rachel Lindsay, best known for her role on ABC's "The Bachelorette" as the first African American lead in the franchise’s history and as a contestant on ABC’s "The Bachelor," will visit Penn State Berks on March 23, at 7 p.m. in the Perkins Student Center Auditorium.
Penn State Berks is celebrating its history while preparing students for the future through National Engineers Week events and activities, to be held Feb. 21 to 26. Penn State Berks’ roots in engineering date back to 1927, and Penn State has offered engineering degrees for more than 125 years.
